This two day program uses video feedback and personal coaching. It is very effective in turning technical professionals into leaders with great presentation skills. Each person gives 7 different types of presentations over the two days. After each presentation people review privately with one of the trainers how he/she can be even more effective with the next talk. Goals are then set for the following talk. The difference from the first to the last presentation is startling! At the end of the program each person receives a memory stick with all their presentations.
