This program is intended to encourage and reward the creation of new qualified business activity statewide, especially in economically distressed areas of Maine.
Use: Eligible businesses include firms engaged in: manufacturing, including precision manufacturing technology; financial services; biotechnology; aquaculture and marine technology; composite materials technology; environmental technology; advanced technologies for forestry and agriculture; and, information technology.
