The Tri-County Workforce Investment Board is an organization dedicated to bringing together employers and employees in Penobscot, Hancock, and Piscataquis counties to promote a healthy economy in the region. The board seeks to provide employees with access to sustainable employment, training, and educational opportunities and to provide employers with a skilled workforce.
