What to expect: During the hands-on simulation, which you will be a member of our production team - you will apply Lean concepts, such as standardized work, visual signals, batch-size reduction, pull systems, and more designed to give you new tools to improve your business. We begin by manufacturing products in a chaotic, traditional manufacturing firm. Then Lean principles are applied to the results of your first simulation.
