Southern New Hampshire University has been serving Maine residents via its Brunswick/Maine Center since 1967. SNHU offers live instruction from supportive faculty leading to associate, bachelor and masters degrees with majors/concentrations in small business management, accounting, human resource management, information technologies, liberal arts, business administration and organizational leadership, as well as certificates in accounting, computer programming and human resource development. All courses are offered evenings and weekends in accelerated terms (8 weeks for undergrad & 11 weeks for graduate) designed for the working adult, and tuition is competitive with other universities offering bachelor and masters degrees in Maine. Students may be eligible for a variety of financial aid programs, and the university also cooperates with many company tuition sponsorships and tuition reimbursement plans. SHNU is a fully-accredited institution of higher education with the largest business faculty in northern New England.
