Heart of Maine Resource Conservation & Development Area, Inc. offers an array of programs in support of small business, forestry and agriculture. Our mission is to inspire and cultivate the leadership needed to create jobs and enrich lives through the conservation and development of local natural resources. Toward that end, we offer business planning courses and follow-up technical assistance to help entrepreneurs and business owners create a roadmap for launching or growing their businesses successfully and profitably. We have a special emphasis on farm business planning.
